1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CrossLike.club Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

The Service organizes users into engagement groups ("Pods") and automates social interactions on LinkedIn including:

Automatic liking of posts from Pod members
Distribution of engagement across Pod participants
Weekly quota: up to 50 free likes on your posts (basic tier)
Paid subscriptions unlock additional features (see Section 4)

3. Account Management

We reserve the right to deactivate/delete accounts at our discretion
Accounts may be terminated for:
- Abuse of LinkedIn's platform policies
- Attempting to game the Pod system
- Payment failures (subscription accounts)
You must maintain control of your LinkedIn account

4. Subscriptions

Paid tiers offer:
- Increased engagement quotas
- Priority Pod placement
Automatic monthly billing until canceled
No refunds for partial months

5. User Obligations

You warrant:
- You own the LinkedIn account being used
- Automated actions comply with LinkedIn's Terms
- You won't use the Service for spam or fake engagement
You bear all responsibility for LinkedIn account restrictions

6. Limitations

We don't guarantee:
- Specific engagement results
- LinkedIn account growth
- Continuous service availability
Service may be modified/discontinued without notice

7. Prohibited Uses

Creating multiple accounts
Reverse engineering the Service
Using bots or automation beyond our system
Any activity violating LinkedIn's Terms of Service

8. Liability

We're not liable for:
- LinkedIn account restrictions/bans
- Loss of data or engagement
- Third-party actions
Total liability capped at last month's subscription fee

9. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
